Notification to Report. Unless an employee is told by the end of the last shift the employee worked or at least twelve (12) hours before the employee’s regular starting time not to come to work, the employee will be considered as having been ordered to report. If he refuses such substitute work, he will not get the eight (8)hours pay. If the work for which the employee was scheduled would have been paid for at overtime rates, he shall receive four hours report pay at the applicable overtime rate.
