Offices and Classrooms Clause Samples

The "Offices and Classrooms" clause defines the allocation and permitted use of physical spaces such as offices and classrooms within a facility or under a lease agreement. Typically, it outlines which party is responsible for providing, maintaining, or equipping these spaces, and may specify usage restrictions or scheduling protocols. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations regarding access to and use of essential work and learning environments, thereby preventing disputes and promoting efficient facility management.
