Orientation of Newly Hired Nurses Clause Samples
The 'Orientation of Newly Hired Nurses' clause establishes the requirement for providing structured orientation programs to nurses who are newly employed. Typically, this involves a set period during which new nurses receive training on hospital policies, procedures, and clinical protocols, as well as supervised practice to familiarize them with their specific work environment. This clause ensures that new nursing staff are adequately prepared to perform their duties safely and effectively, thereby reducing errors and promoting high standards of patient care.
