Other Use Restrictions. (c) End User shall access and use the Localized Product and Web Site only through the graphical user interfaces that are expressly provided on the Web Site and described in the Documentation.
(d) End User shall not upload, store, post, reproduce, submit, distribute or transmit any information, software or other material or subject matter that is protected by copyright, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right (including rights of publicity and privacy) without first obtaining the authorization of the owner of such rights, including any rights necessary for NetSuite KK and its service providers to provide, and End User to use, the Localized Products and Web Site with respect to such subject matter.
(e) End User shall not indicate or imply that any communications or transmissions using the Localized Products or Web Site are endorsed by NetSuite KK or its service providers.
Other Use Restrictions. Customer may not use the Software for any purpose other than for use on Customer’s own internal computer networks, as set forth in this SLA. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in its use of the Software. Customer may not, and may not permit is employees or any third party to, (i) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on or derived from the Software; (ii) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols, or labels appearing on or in the Software; (iii) perform, or release the results of, benchmark tests or other comparisons of the Software with other software, media, or materials;

Other Use Restrictions. (A) No Unit shall be used or maintained in a manner contrary to or inconsistent with the Bylaws, the applicable Rules and Regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, or Chapter 183A, and all use shall be conducted in a manner consistent with the comfort and convenience of the occupants of the other Units.
(B) No Unit shall be maintained at an ambient temperature of less than fifty-five (55°) degrees Fahrenheit during such time or times as is necessary to prevent the freezing of any and all pipes within the Building(s).
(C) The owners of any Unit may at any time and from time to time modify, remove and install walls lying wholly within each Unit, provided, however, that any and all work with respect to the modifications, removal and installation of interior walls shall be approved by the Trustees and only if all necessary and proper permits and/or approvals are obtained from appropriate governmental authorities for such work.
(D) No Unit, or other area to which a Unit Owner has exclusive rights, shall be maintained or used in such a manner as to detract from the value of the other Units or the Condominium as a whole. No Unit or any part of the Common Areas and Facilities or Limited Common Areas shall be used or maintained in a manner contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Master Deed, the Condominium Trust, the Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations of the Condominium adopted pursuant to the Bylaws.
(E) No alteration, addition or change to any part of the Common Areas and Facilities or Limited Common Areas may be made and no structure or other improvement (including landscaping structures) may be built or placed on any portion of the Common Areas and Facilities or Limited Common Areas without the written approval of the Trustees, The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to the Declarant.
(F) No nuisance shall be allowed in or upon the Condominium nor shall any use or practice be allowed which interferes with the peaceful possession or proper use of the Condominium by its residents. No unlawful, improper, or offensive use shall be made of the Condominium, or any part thereof, and all valid laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of all governmental bodies having jurisdiction thereof shall be observed.
