Employees who work more Where an employee works greater than two ten (210) hours beyond in one (1) day or shift, the end of their regular shift shall receive a paid break of one-half hour and employee will be entitled to a thirty (30) minute unpaid meal break after ten (10) hours worked, provided with that work will continue after the break. Where the employee is a mealshift worker, the meal break will be paid at the ordinary hourly rate.
