Overtime Rates - Regular Part. Time and Auxiliary Employees i. Time and one-half for the first four (4) hours worked in excess of the normal daily hours in a day; ii. Two times for hours worked beyond four (4) in excess of the normal daily hours in a day; iii. In any case where an employee has already performed work on five (5) days during the week, time and one-half for any hours worked prior to 12:00 h on the sixth day of work in that week, two times for hours worked after 12:00 h on the sixth day, and two times for all hours worked on the seventh day of work in that week.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Definition of Regular Straight Time Rate of Pay The regular straight time rate of pay is that prescribed in wage schedule of the Collective Agreement.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.
