PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. This agreement shall be binding on: (a) Sigma Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd (‘the company’, ‘the employer’, or ‘Sigma’); (b) All employees at the Baulkham Hills manufacturing facility in New South Wales for whom there is an appropriate classification within this agreement and would normally be covered by the awards referred to in clause 1.7.1; and, (c) National Union of Workers - New South Wales Branch (‘the union’) and its members.

PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. This Agreement shall be binding on the “Parties” being, Market Garden Produce Pty Ltd, (ACN 010 687 715) (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or the “Company” or “Market Garden Produce”) registered office at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Bungalow (Cairns) Queensland 4870 and all of the Employees of Market Garden Produce Pty Ltd Employees, (hereinafter referred to as the “Employees”) wherever employed in Queensland as classified under this Agreement. Excepting salary Employees, this Agreement shall be binding on all Employees employed at any sites owned or managed or controlled by Market Garden Produce Pty Ltd, provided that the positions are classified under this Agreement. Where the term “Parties” is used in this Agreement it refers to the Parties identified in this clause. This Agreement allows for the making of Australian Workplace Agreements as required by the Employer and individual Employees.

PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. 5.1 The parties to this Agreement shall be: Australian Services Union (ASU); 5.2 The conditions of this Agreement apply to employees, apprentices, trainees, cadets and employees on a supported wage. 5.3 This Agreement specifically excludes the CEO and those designated by the Local Government as Senior Employees under the Local Government Act 1995 that have a maximum term contract. 5.4 The parties to this Union Collective Workplace Agreement agree that: 5.4.1 it is their intention to respect and value the diversity of the work force by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination at their enterprise on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual preference, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin; and 5.4.2 nothing in these provisions allows any treatment that would otherwise be prohibited by anti-discrimination provisions in applicable Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation. 5.5 If any provision of this agreement is declared or determined to be illegal or invalid by final determination of any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining parts, terms or provisions of this agreement shall not be affected, and the illegal or invalid part, term or provision shall be deemed not to be part of this agreement.

Sunmanor Pty Ltd (ABN 72 061 191 517) trading as Cairns Adventure Group (hereafter referred to as "the employer"); B. the employer’s employees (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee/s"), except for Trainees; and C. The Australian Workers' Union of Employees Queensland (hereinafter referred to as the "Union") on behalf of the specified categories of Employees of Cairns Adventure Group. Where the term "Parties" is used in this Agreement it refers to the Parties identified in this clause.

PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. 2.1 This Agreement binds and shall apply to: (a) Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 38 003 269 010) of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Brisbane in relation to its employees covered by this Agreement (Company); and (b) Employees of the Company employed in the classifications set out in Appendix A of this Agreement who are employed in Central and South Queensland (excluding any Employees engaged at Bajool, Moranbah Ammonium Nitrate Plant or Moura Emulsion Plant (Employees).

PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. This Agreement is made between the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Austrade and Austrade employees under s.327 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996. It applies to all non- SES APS employees of Austrade engaged under section 22 or 72 of the Public Service Act 1999, but does not apply to APS employees in Austrade who are parties to an Australian Workplace Agreement.

This Agreement shall be binding on all Employees employed at any sites owned or managed or controlled by M & G Catering Pty Ltd, provided that the positions are classified under this Agreement.
