Pass-Through Warranty Sample Clauses

A Pass-Through Warranty clause ensures that any warranties provided by a manufacturer or upstream supplier are extended to the end customer or buyer. In practice, this means that if a product or component comes with a warranty from its original producer, the seller or contractor passes those warranty rights and benefits directly to the purchaser, often without modification. This clause is essential for allowing buyers to access warranty protections even when purchasing through intermediaries, thereby ensuring they receive the same assurances as if they had bought directly from the original source.
