Pay for Overtime. Overtime for non-exempt employees will be paid at the rate of 1 ½ times the regular hourly rate for hours worked in excess of eight hours per day or 40 hours per week. All overtime must be compensated, even if not approved in advance. Granting compensatory time off in lieu of overtime pay is prohibited.
