Payment of Shift Differential. Shift differential will not be used to calculate the hourly rate of pay for paid time off. Employees will not be paid shift differential, or have their shift differential changed, for overtime hours that abut the employeesregular shift or are a call-in or court time. Overtime that does not abut the employee’s regular shift, e.g., voluntary or assigned overtime on the employee’s day off will include shift differential as in Sections 42.1 or 42.2 whichever is applicable.
Payment of Shift Differential. For employees whose shift is temporarily changed, the shift differential will apply to hours outside the normal day shift hours.
Payment of Shift Differential. A shift worker and a day worker assigned to shift work shall receive one unit of applicable shift differential for each hour worked by him on the afternoon or night shift. The shift differential applicable is governed by the shift during which the hours are actually worked, and the amount of shift differential is the rate in (a) multiplied by the hours worked. Section No Pyramiding of Premium Rates Hours paid Sections and shall not be pyramided, that is to say, that weekly overtime shall not be paid after completion of the normal working week of forty (40) regular hours five (5) days of eight (8) hours each, and hours paid under any one of the above mentioned Sections shall not be included in determining whether an employee is entitled to overtime under any other Section of this Article.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Shift Differential Pay SECTION 1: In addition to compensation provided by the wage schedule, employees working between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be paid a shift differential premium of $.45 (forty-five cents) per hour in addition to the regular pay for those hours. SECTION 2: Employees must work a minimum of 3 (three) hours in order for shift differential to apply.

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour. Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour. Overtime shall not be calculated on the shift differential nor shall the shift differential be paid for paid absence from duty such as vacations, general holidays, etc.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Payment of Settlement Amount (1) Within sixty (60) days of the Date of Execution, the Settling Defendants shall pay the Settlement Amount to Siskinds LLP for deposit into the Trust Account. (2) Payment of the Settlement Amount shall be made by wire transfer. At least thirty (30) days prior to the Settlement Amount becoming due, Siskinds LLP will provide, in writing, the following information necessary to complete the wire transfer: name of bank, address of bank, ABA number, SWIFT number, name of beneficiary, beneficiary’s bank account number, beneficiary’s address, and bank contact details. (3) The Settlement Amount and other consideration to be provided in accordance with the terms of this Settlement Agreement shall be provided in full satisfaction of the Released Claims against the Releasees. (4) The Settlement Amount shall be all-inclusive of all amounts, including, without limitation, interest, costs, Administration Expenses, Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements. (5) The Releasees shall have no obligation to pay any amount in addition to the Settlement Amount, for any reason, pursuant to or in furtherance of this Settlement Agreement, the Proceedings or any Other Actions. (6) Once a Claims Administrator has been appointed, Siskinds LLP shall transfer control of the Trust Account to the Claims Administrator. (7) Siskinds LLP and the Claims Administrator shall maintain the Trust Account as provided for in this Settlement Agreement. (8) Siskinds LLP and the Claims Administrator shall not pay out all or any part of the monies in the Trust Account, except in accordance with this Settlement Agreement, or in accordance with an order of the Courts obtained after notice to the Parties.
