Percentage of Value Clause Samples

The 'Percentage of Value' clause defines how certain payments, fees, or obligations are calculated as a proportion of an agreed-upon value, such as the contract price or the value of goods or services provided. In practice, this means that instead of a fixed sum, the amount owed will fluctuate depending on the total value involved; for example, a service fee might be set at 5% of the total invoice amount. This clause ensures that financial obligations scale appropriately with the size of the transaction, providing fairness and flexibility for both parties.
