Performance Details. The ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ itself on quality performances and consistent positive guest experiences while enjoying events at the theatre. The Owner recommends Renter follow these guidelines:
a. Sound check will be completed one (1) hour prior to scheduled start time. Sound shall not exceed 95 decibels
b. Doors open and seating begins one-half (1/2) hour prior to scheduled start time.
c. Performance will be held to approximately two (2) hours with up to one (1) fifteen (15) minute intermission. (This due to hired staffing and technicians as well as audience ability to accurately predict the length of events held at the Owner’s venue.) Special events and circumstances may affect this timeframe, however for most concert performances this is the norm.
Performance Details. Musicians and entertainers will perform under a covered area and are expected to perform unless the market has been canceled due to inclement weather or unanticipated events. Performers are expected to play for the duration of the market, with no more than three 15-minute intermissions. Please arrive with enough time to set up prior to the market start time. You are responsible for providing your own equipment, including amplification and extension cords. Electrical power is available. Performers are allowed to sell CDs, promotional material, and collect tips during performances. Market hours are 4:00pm – 7:00pm on Wednesdays. Performers are asked not to arrive for set-up before 3:00pm. You are expected to be set up by 4:00pm and be gone from the market site by 7:30pm. Music must play at an appropriate volume. Due to the close proximity to vendors there can occasionally be issues with volume that interferes with vendor-customer interactions. Volume must be immediately turned down from request by any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Market staff. Please remember that this is a family friendly community event and all content must be appropriate for all ages. Profanity, vulgar language, or content is not permitted in performances. All cancellations by performers must be done at least a week prior to performance. Please be courteous and give us enough time to schedule another musician or entertainer. If you need to cancel, please contact the market manager at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. If there is a chance of late arrival the day of the performance, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated absences without notice may result in suspension or expulsion from the Market, with no payment provided. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Market has the right to cancel the market due to inclement weather or events. If this occurs prior to the start of the market, performers will not receive payment. A small stipend of $25-$50 per market is allocated to performers at the market. You are allowed to sell CDs, promotional merchandise and collect tips during your performance at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Market. Payment will be received via check the day of the market.

1.2 In the event that the above details are not yet known at the date of execution hereof the LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE shall procure that the ARTIST is available to perform at the Festival some time during the Festival Dates upon date, stage and time details to be notified in writing by the PROMOTER and to be subject to the approval of the LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
1.3 In the event that the PROMOTER, for reason of artist availabilities or otherwise, deems it necessary to change the date, stage or time details of the performance, the LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE shall agree, and shall procure the ARTIST´s agreement to alternative date, stage or time details during the Festival Dates to be proposed by the PROMOTER.

Licensee shall perform the Performance at the Venue on date indicated on the submission form (the “Performance Date”) and shall participate in a post-performance meet and greet at the Venue from time stated in the submission form (which such times may be subject to minor reasonable delay or modification). The rights and obligations of each of Licensor and Licensee with respect to preparation and production of the Performance, including the responsibilities of each of Licensor and Licensee on or around the Performance Date, are set forth on Exhibit A.

The organisation will provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇ MBC with details of each performance; including dates, times and locations, as well as the total number of performers, their ages, genders, special needs and roles, at least 21 days in advance of the first performance unless ▇▇▇▇▇▇ MBC has agreed to a shorter notice period. Note: this may be by providing a copy of the festival programme and Group Participation form. The organisation will notify the local authority of any changes to the performance schedule in advance and provide the name and contact details of the lead person responsible for each performance.
