The Permit Coordination clause establishes the responsibilities and procedures for obtaining and managing necessary permits for a project. Permit Coordination. When specified in a work authorization, the Technical Expert shall coordinate Section 9 Permits with the USCG. The Technical Expert shall perform tasks necessary to obtain the permit. If the permit application is determined incomplete by the State or USCG, the Technical Expert shall make all the changes necessary to make the permit application complete at no additional cost to the State.

Permit Coordination. Including those items listed in the OFM Guidelines for basic services, the SERVICE PROVIDER shall coordinate the plan review and permit process including the submittal of required documents to the AHJ, and will be the primary point of contact for permitting agencies. Review the non-PSD portion of the application submitted by the Local Program; c. Review Additional Non-PSD Information, as Necessary. If, while processing an application with both PSD and non-PSD permitting components, DNR determines that additional information is necessary to evaluate the PSD portion of the application, DNR shall request from the applicant, in writing, such information and shall set a reasonable deadline for a response; d. Invite the Local Program to Participate in DNR Pre-Application PSD Meetings. DNR shall conduct a pre- application meeting for PSD projects and shall invite the Local Program to participate; and
Permit Coordination. The Consultant will coordinate with the City of Tampa Building Department prior to and during the permitting process. Permit coordination will consist of attending pre-application meetings, responding to requests for additional information and other permit related correspondence.
