Permitted Uses, Densities, Building Heights and Intensities. A complete listing and description of permitted uses, building intensities and heights, as well as other development – related standards, are contained in the Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance of Beaufort County and specific zoning districts are identified on the Conceptual Development Plan attached as Exhibit B. Exhibit F sets forth anticipated development of the Property at build out. Building heights will be limited to 40 feet, measured from the lowest adjacent ground level to the building (as measured for federal flood elevation certificates) to the highest point of the building (excluding chimneys, cupolas, and other such non-habitable spaces).

Based on prior experience with the type of Development contemplated by the Zoning Regulations, it is estimated that the average size household of the residential portion of the Property will be 2.44 persons. Based on maximum density build out with 473 residential units, the population density of the Property is anticipated to be no more than 1,154 persons (unless optional additional density is granted).

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the [Apartment/Plot].

  • Building Access The authorized representatives of the Union shall have access to the District’s premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of adjusting grievances, investigating working conditions, or ascertaining the provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to; provided the representatives notify the supervisor of their presence and that they do not interfere with employees in the performance of their duties. The Union shall furnish the District with the names of its authorized representatives.

  • Building With respect to each parcel of Real Estate, all of the buildings, structures and improvements now or hereafter located thereon. Business Day. Any day on which banking institutions located in the same city and State as the Agent’s Head Office are located are open for the transaction of banking business and, in the case of LIBOR Rate Loans, which also is a LIBOR Business Day.
