Specific Statements. 2.01 The administration is authorized to excuse an employee from duties without pay for emergencies of short duration. 2.02 Employees required to fulfill military service obligations shall be granted a military leave of absence without pay and shall be entitled to the benefits provided under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act of 1994. 2.03 An employee shall be granted a maximum of 12 working days per fiscal year for active duty training or for an emergency declared by the President of the United States or the Governor of Kansas that activates the employee. Active duty for training or emergencies in excess of 12 working days in a fiscal year shall be charged to military leave without pay, or at the employee’s request, to accrued vacation leave.   • Periodic Statements Transfers and withdrawals made through any debit card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, online/PC transactions, mobile access device transactions or ▇▇▇▇ payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement.   • Public Statements The parties hereto shall consult with each other and no party shall issue any public announcement or statement with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby without the consent of the other parties, unless the party desiring to make such announcement or statement, after seeking such consent from the other parties, obtains advice from legal counsel that a public announcement or statement is required by applicable law.
