Phased Implementation Clause Samples
A Phased Implementation clause outlines a process where a project or contractual obligations are carried out in distinct, sequential stages rather than all at once. Typically, this means that certain deliverables, milestones, or services are completed and reviewed before moving on to the next phase, allowing for adjustments or approvals at each step. This approach helps manage risk, ensures quality control, and allows both parties to address issues incrementally, making complex projects more manageable and reducing the likelihood of large-scale failures.
