Placement Guidelines. The placement guidelines for new continuing faculty will be as follows: Qualifications at an NVIT approved institution Two year Diploma –1st Step Bachelors Degree – 2nd Step Master’s Degree – 3rd Step Doctorate Degree – 5th Step Relevant post secondary teaching experience / professional experience 1:1 Relevant work experience (Grade 11 & 12 teaching) 1:1 Relevant work experience (Including K – Grade 10 teaching) 3:1
Placement Guidelines. The placement guidelines for new continuing support staff will be as follows: 32.2.1 Minimum qualifications are defined for each position as per the job posting. Initial placement on the scale with these qualifications will be at Step 1 of the appropriate scale. 32.2.2 One additional step for each additional two years of NVIT approved relevant formal educational qualifications. 32.2.3 One step for every two years of relevant work experience. The maximum number of steps that can be used through relevant work experience is four. NVIT reserves the right to place individuals at a higher placement on the scale. 32.2.4 Work experience at NVIT – one step for each full year of work.

All referrals to CONTRACTOR must be authorized by COUNTY Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director b. The final admission decision shall rest with CONTRACTOR c. If admission is denied, the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director, or her designee, shall be immediately notified and shall be informed of the reasons leading to the denial d. Policies and procedures for admission shall be written by CONTRACTOR based on this Agreement
Placement Guidelines. All rescues and adoptions will be approved through the Catnip Friends Rescue adoption committee. New animals added to a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ home must be cleared through Catnip Friends. If, at any time you are unable to provide the care outlined in this agreement, you must contact Catnip Friends to pick up the pet. DO NOT adopt, temporarily house, or board any animal without first speaking to Catnip Friends. ♦ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ home capacity is not to exceed the limit allowed by your city ordinance; this includes fostered and “owned” pets. ♦ Catnip Friends cannot guarantee an adoption time frame to any ▇▇▇▇▇▇ provider. Please be aware that there is an undetermined time commitment prior to fostering. Every effort will be made to place your ▇▇▇▇▇▇ pet once the pet is both physically and socially ready for adoption. Mother cats and kittens usually require a longer commitment. CARE ♦ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ pets will be provided a safe, clean, secure, sheltered environment. ♦ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ families provide food, shelter and supplies for the animal’s care. If necessary, Catnip Friends will supplement any of the aforementioned items, as they become available. ♦ All ▇▇▇▇▇▇ pets will be fed an appropriate high-quality diet and provided fresh water daily. ♦ All ▇▇▇▇▇▇ animals will be spayed/neutered (at the appropriate age) and receive a vet check before or as soon as possible after ▇▇▇▇▇▇ placement at Catnip Friends expense at one of the veterinary clinics participating in the rescue’s veterinary care program. If veterinary care is needed, a vet participating in the veterinary care program must be used.

NVIT The Employer reserves the right to place individuals at a higher placement on the scale. 32.12.4 Work experience at NVIT – one step for each full year of work. Enrolment in the College Pension Plan or Municipal Pension Plan shall be as set out by the Public Sector Pension Plans Act, Schedule A or Schedule B, whichever is appropriate. The employer will encourage employees who have not joined the College Pension Plan to do so. However, employees on payroll as of the date of ratification who have not joined the College Pension Plan shall retain the right not to do so. Tentatively Agreed
