Additional Step. All bargaining unit members at the top step of their current classification who as of August 1, 2017, have at least six years' employment service in the Court (three years for attorney classifications) shall be placed on a new higher salary step as close as practicable to 5% above the prior step. For non-attorney classifications this shall be a new Step Six; for attorney classifications this shall be a new Step Three. This increase shall be prospective only, no retroactive application.   • Additional Series In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series after the effectiveness of this Agreement ("Additional Series"), Appendix A to this Agreement may be amended to make such Additional Series subject to this Agreement upon the approval of the Board of Trustees of the Trust and the shareholder(s) of the Additional Series, in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
