Policy Books. Board Policy Books will be made available for examination by any employee on the District Website.
Policy Books. The District shall provide a copy of proposed policies to the Association at the First Reading of those policies for input prior to the Second Reading. The Board shall issue, at its expense, to the Association, a book of Board policies. The Association shall be provided policy updates for inclusion in the policy book as they occur. Upon request from the Association, the District shall negotiate the impact of any new policy on mandatory subjects of bargaining (wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment.)

  • True Books Keep true books of record and account in which full, true and correct entries will be made of all of its dealings and transactions, and set up on its books such reserves as may be required by GAAP with respect to doubtful accounts and all taxes, assessments, charges, levies and claims and with respect to its business in general, and include such reserves in interim as well as year-end financial statements.

  • Notice to Taxing Authorities and Insurance Companies The Seller shall transmit to the applicable taxing authorities and insurance companies (including primary mortgage insurance policy insurers, if applicable) and/or agents, notification of the transfer of the servicing to the Purchaser, or its designee, and instructions to deliver all notices, tax bills and insurance statements, as the case may be, to the Purchaser from and after the Transfer Date. The Seller shall provide the Purchaser with copies of all such notices within five (5) Business Days following the Transfer Date;
