Policy Guidance. The PIC and ▇▇▇▇ must agree on how policy guidance will be provided for the SDA’s JTPA program. This effort could entail periodic meetings between representatives of each group to coordinate their policy recommendations for the administrative entity. Alternatively, either group could be designated to take the lead in guiding policy and establishing a systematic method to keep the other group informed and provide for its input.

Policy Guidance. Where policy guidance is required, the JPAC PACC will ensure that cases, appeals and redress papers are submitted in writing to SP Pol and comprise: a. This task will result in new policy guidance for Commission staff, permit applicants, local governments and other agencies for implementing enforceable CCMP policies that address hazards affected by SLR, including coastal erosion and flooding. BCDC will use Section 309 funds ($125,000) for:  Phase 2 of the Adapting to Rising Tides (ART) project to develop an adaptation planning processes and strategy options to improve shoreline community resiliency. This work will leverage partners and funding from the ART Project Phase 1 supported by the FY 2010- 11 CZMA grant.
Policy Guidance. The Borrower shall ensure that the Project Leading Group, which has been established by JCG, headed by the Vice-Mayor and comprising representatives from Jiaozhou City Construction Bureau, Development and Reform Bureau, Finance Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau, Planning Bureau, Shaohai Artificial Lake Management Bureau, Land Resources Bureau, and Water Resources Bureau, provides overall policy guidance, facilitate interagency coordination, and resolve any institutional problems that may have adverse impact on Project implementation. The Project Leading Group shall meet as often as necessary to ensure that the objectives of the Project are met.

Plan Document Acknowledgment. By accepting the RSU Award, the Participant acknowledges that he or she has received copies of the Plan, has reviewed the Plan and the Agreement in their entirety, and fully understands and accepts all provisions of the Plan and the Agreement. In addition, the Participant further acknowledges that he or she has read and specifically and expressly approves the terms and conditions in the Nature of Grant section of the Agreement, in which the following is clearly described and established: (i) participation in the Plan does not constitute an acquired right; (ii) the Plan and participation in the Plan is offered by the Company on a wholly discretionary basis; (iii) participation in the Plan is voluntary; and (iv) the Company and any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliates are not responsible for any decrease in the value of the Shares acquired upon vesting of the RSU Award. Finally, the Participant hereby declares that he or she does not reserve any action or right to bring any claim against the Company for any compensation or damages as a result of his or her participation in the Plan and therefore grants a full and broad release to the Employer, the Company and any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliates with respect to any claim that may arise under the Plan.
