OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT. As stated in the attached project proposal
A. TAU shall:
1. Have primary responsibility of all project activities, notify DOST-III of significant concerns/problems related to project implementation;
2. Be responsible for the over-all implementation of the project and ensure that all activities and plans are carried out according to agreed schedules;
3. Designate from among its staff through a Special Order (SO), as Project Leader (PL) who shall:
a. provide technical leadership and directly implement the project;

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT. The Arterial Management Division (AMD) of Transportation and Public Works (TPW) seeks a contractor certified to perform On-Call/Break-Fix repairs and Services of AMD’s Genetec Security Video Management System in the City of Austin, Texas. The Contractor shall provide video management system software and hardware maintenance, support repairs and installation services to actively manage the city’s arterial streets, as continuously monitored by AMD’s video management system. The scope of services includes hardware maintenance, software maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM), licensing reconciliation, database maintenance, systems monitoring and troubleshooting. Additional services include on-site or virtual training as needed, change management, and support for Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) due to new additions to system or improvement projects. The required support services shall be provided through a combination of remote and on-site support, as needed. Integration of a Genetec Access Control System is considered an add-on service and would be subject to negotiation under this contract. This Contract relies upon a high level of trust between the Contractor and the AMD staff that monitor arterial traffic and utilize the VMS system daily. The Contractor shall provide the appropriate staff that can coordinate and execute task activities with limited supervision.
