Polygraph Operator. The EMPLOYER shall provide up to $142.50 per fiscal year to an active and trained polygraph operator as reimbursement for purchases of clothing used while conducting polygraph examinations. This section only applies for employees who do not otherwise qualify for a clothing allowance under this article.

The department shall provide a specific uniform patch or identification to distinguish the employee. The word “technician” does not include scuba divers, but only those employed in photography or fingerprinting.   • Polygraph Tests The Employer agrees that polygraph or similar lie detector tests will not be used.
