Posting of Routes. Notice of each route vacancy shall first be posted on Applitrack for five (5) days, until the end of the fifth (5th) day posted. Such notice shall set forth the estimated number of hours for that route, the area to be driven, the posting date, and the deadline date for applying. The application deadline date for a route vacancy will not precede the deadline date for its accompanying position vacancy. A copy shall be given to the Chapter Chairperson via email.

Posting of Routes. 2a Unassigned Route(s): Routes that have not been requested by the previous year’s driver and assigned by the Director of Transportation per the “Keeping Routes” section of the contract and new routes that have been established. No later than two (2) weeks prior to the August driver’s meeting, all available unassigned routes shall be posted for bidding and shall remain posted until 5:00pm the day of the driver meeting, at which time bidding shall be completed. All maps for the unassigned routes shall be available for drivers to review at this time. Management reserves the right to package routes. On the first day of school, all unassigned routes will become vacant routes. Last minute changes outside of TJA control will be discussed with the Teamsters prior to posting.

For routes that are not mirrored, they would be posted as distinct and separate morning (a.m.) and afternoon (p.m.) 3. The driver will have the option of combining any morning (a.m.) route with an afternoon (p.m.) route but must select one of each and be of the same classification. Exceptions would be routes that are already mirrored or where customer has requested the same driver.

  • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice.   • Posting of Notices All postings will be signed and dated by an appropriate Association officer, and identified as Association literature. The Association may post materials on the bulletin boards which are appropriate to the workplace, not sexually or racially derogatory, politically non-partisan, and in compliance with state ethics laws. The Employer shall not pay for any incidental costs of preparing and posting Association material.

  • Heating of Room Throughout the Term the Manager will provide a heating system sufficient to provide a comfortable temperature in the Room and will operate, maintain and repair that heating system. During any period in which the heating system is not functioning to the standards set out above, the Manager will use commercially reasonable efforts, after receiving notice of the deficiency, to have the system repaired and functioning as soon as may be possible in the circumstances. In no event however, is the Manager liable to the Resident for any consequential illness or discomfort and the Manager shall not be deemed to be in default of its obligations under this Agreement, so long as it is using commercially reasonable efforts to have the system repaired.

  • Posting of Agreement To ensure that the Parties are aware of the terms of the Agreement, and to assist in any resolution of a disputes or the avoidance thereof a copy of this Agreement shall be retained by the Employer at all times for ready access by any Employee on a project site or via access to the Employer’s intranet, and the Employer will provide a permanent copy for each Union Delegate or Employee representative and Health and Safety Representative on a project site.
