Power System Control. Install one (1) RTU at the Generating Facility to monitor typical generation elements such as MW, MVAR, terminal voltage and circuit breaker status for the Generating Facility and plant auxiliary load, and transmit the information received thereby to the Distribution Provider’s grid control center. Notwithstanding that the RTU will be located on the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership, the Distribution Provider shall own, operate and maintain the RTU as part of the Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities.
Power System Control. One (1) RTU at the Small Generating Facility to monitor typical generation elements such as MW, MVAR, terminal voltage and circuit breaker status for the Small Generating Facility and plant auxiliary load, and transmit the information received thereby to the Participating TO’s Grid Control Center.
Power System Control. One (1) RTU at the Q628 66 kV Substation to monitor typical substation elements such as MW, MVAR, terminal voltage and circuit breaker status and transmit the information to the Participating TO’s Grid Control Center.
7. Telecommunication:
a. Approximately 54.9. miles of new fiber optic cable
b. Approximately 2.4 miles of underground fiber optic cable inside 5-inch conduit and appropriate number of 4 feet by 6 feet by 7 feet manholes
c. All required light-wave, channel and related terminal equipment at Antelope, Cal Cement, Corum, Del Sur, Lancaster, Neenach and Shuttle 66 kV Substations
8. Real Properties, Transmission Project Licensing, and Environmental Health and Safety. Investigate easements and/or acquisition of land, licensing and permits, and all required environmental activities for the installation of the Participating TO’s Reliability Network Upgrades and associated telecommunication equipment.

Power System Control. The Distribution Provider shall:
1. Install one (1) RTU at the Generating Facility to monitor typical generation and Charging Capacity elements such as MW, MVAR, terminal voltage and circuit breaker status for the Generating Facility and plant auxiliary load, and transmit the information received thereby to the Distribution Provider’s grid control center. Notwithstanding that the RTU will be located on the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership, the Distribution Provider shall own, operate and maintain the RTU as part of the Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities.
2. Install one (1) RTU at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Substation to monitor MW, MVAR, terminal voltage and circuit breaker status and transmit the information received thereby to the Distribution Provider’s grid control center.
3. Perform substation automation system (SAS) point additions to the existing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ SAS to accommodate new relay protection, status, and alarm.
4. Perform SAS point additions to the existing Camden SAS to accommodate new relay protection, status, and alarm.
5. Perform programming and testing to add the project to the Distribution Provider’s charging management system.
Power System Control. Install one (1) Remote Terminal Unit (“RTU”) at the Project to monitor typical generation elements such as MW, MVAR, terminal voltage and circuit breaker status for the Small Generating Facility and plant auxiliary load, and transmit the information received thereby to the Participating TO’s Grid Control Center. Notwithstanding that the RTU will be located on the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership of the Project, the Participating TO shall own, operate and maintain the RTU as part of the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.
