Pre-Request Clause Samples

The Pre-Request clause establishes requirements or conditions that must be met before a formal request can be made under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific actions, notifications, or documentation that a party must provide prior to submitting a request, such as supplying supporting evidence or fulfilling preliminary obligations. Its core practical function is to ensure that requests are properly substantiated and that the process is orderly, thereby reducing misunderstandings and streamlining subsequent actions.
