Preceptor Differential Sample Clauses

The Preceptor Differential clause establishes additional compensation or benefits for individuals serving as preceptors, typically in a clinical or educational setting. This clause outlines the criteria for qualifying as a preceptor, the amount or method of calculating the differential pay, and the duration or conditions under which it applies. By clearly defining the terms for extra compensation, the clause incentivizes experienced professionals to take on mentorship roles and ensures transparency in how such roles are rewarded.
