The Preliminary Design Drawings clause establishes the requirement for the preparation and submission of initial design documents at an early stage of a project. PRELIMINARY DESIGN DRAWINGS. The service provider should prepare and submit preliminary design drawings for the entire scope of works with sufficient details to enable evaluation. This information is critical in the award of the contract as this will be the basis for the design development should the offer be acceptable. All design assumptions and calculations should be included herein. Tenderer is to submit preliminary design, layout plans, Erf connections details, over head line (MV and LV), meter and etc. with detail materials specifications along with TENDER justifying each parameters. PRELIMINARY DESIGN DRAWINGS Should there be no preliminary design drawings, mark the above “NIL”.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN DRAWINGS. Preliminary design drawing(s) shall be of high quality and complete to permit the ACP a through test of the technical solution provided for the proposed retrofit kits. The preliminary drawing(s) shall include but not limited to: General Arrangement of the proposed hydraulic cylinder assembly, including principal dimensions and clearances.

2.3.2. Engineer will submit the drawings to the City for review and schedule a review workshop approximately 2 weeks after submission to discuss comments. Engineer will consolidate the comments for use in developing the subsequent design submission as part of the next phase.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN DRAWINGS. HDR will develop 30% level preliminary design drawings to document proposed project design and layout. Technical specifications and OPCCs are not included in this subtask. Review comments from this package will serve as the basis for further developing the project design and preliminary proposal packages described below.
