Process Improvement. Flextronics agrees to provide Agilent with Quarterly information on process improvements. Flextronics will maintain an acceptable documented quality system (e.g., ISO 9002 certified quality program or equivalent) at each authorized Flextronics site specified in Exhibit K to manufacture Products and any additional quality requirements agreed by Flextronics and Agilent as specified in the Addendum. Flextronics' program will include monitoring the manufacturing processes, statistical process control, corrective action analysis of returned Product and repairs, define failure modes, improving materials and procurement processes, component traceability for critical Components, and implementation of corrective actions.
Process Improvement. BTI or BellSouth (“Petitioner”) shall notify the other Party (“Respondent”) in writing via BTI’s Local Services and Access Management (“LSAM”) Group or BellSouth’s BTI Account Team (“Account Team”) of the needed areas of improvement and any proposed changes to the current hot cut process provided for in the Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”).
Process Improvement. It is understood by both Parties that significant manufacturing cost reductions may be possible. The parties shall discuss and agree on a mechanism by which the benefits of process improvements to which COR contributed are equitably allocated to the Parties according to their relative contribution to the improvements.

Process Improvement. The parties shall jointly manage process improvements for the manufacturing process for the Products. The parties shall conduct an annual review for material and labor cost reductions, lead time reduction, and inventory reduction, and SELLER shall keep a material and labor cost breakdown containing all particulars that may be necessary for the purpose of performing such reviews. The parties shall make appropriate personnel available for such annual review, including operations management, procurement, and planning resources for such party. Changes identified through the annual review process shall be handled as part of SELLER’s ECR (defined below) process and as further set forth in Section 3. Process Improvement. The Company agrees that it will establish a working group involving Union Representatives and other employees to address productivity issues. The aim of the group would be to develop systems improvement in the workplace. Such improvements may or may not lead to further wage increases.
Process Improvement. This clause applies over and above the requirements of an Officers Position Description. A one off payment would be made upon demonstration to the satisfaction of MANEX of an improvement to work process which reflects in measurable dollar savings, productivity or customer service improvements above that contemplated in this agreement. This would comprise a maximum of 70/30 arrangement being up to 70% Business Unit and Minimum 30% Council and the financial savings would need to be demonstrated prior to any one off payment. When ever a payment is agreed and then implemented it shall be agreed by Manex and the Business Unit and be specifically documented in accordance with Clause 30.4 “Additional Business Unit Agreements.”
Process Improvement. Buyer may, at its option and expense, make available Buyer engineers or others to General Moly for consultation with General Moly to analyze and evaluate the Product production process and costs for purposes of improving General Moly’s performance hereunder; provided, however, that General Moly will not be obligated to implement any of Buyer’s recommendations resulting from this process.
Process Improvement. Provider and NMHC agree to establish and follow protocols for periodic case review of program metrics and other guidelines set forth in this Agreement. Provider shall commit to participate in NM NETWORK’s process improvement efforts which include, but are not necessarily limited to, engagement in robust communications among NM NETWORK providers, submission of regular reports to NM NETWORK, and attendance at any meetings reasonably requested by NMHC.
Process Improvement. (i) During the Term, Synacor shall use continuous efforts and quality management processes to improve performance of the Portal and the Services (including in connection with the technical support and Service Level commitments made hereunder), which efforts and processes may be reviewed by AT&T from time to time for comment to Synacor.
