Product Scope. The WSP intends to hire a vendor to develop a web-based application to allow public access to collision reports through the Internet. The application must provide a parameter search for collision reports, automated redaction and assembly of selected reports, on-line payment of fees, and satisfy all public disclosure and records retention requirements.
