Common use of Production Control and Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Production Control and Scheduling. Supplier’s responsibilities for “Production Control and Scheduling” will be to work with Health Net (and Health Net’s infrastructure provider(s)) and include the following activities: (i) supporting the 24x7 (except during scheduled maintenance hours) production-processing schedule as required; (ii) monitoring and managing production schedules on an exception basis (e.g., during new product implementations, critical job stream executions); and (iii) coordinating with production staff for scheduling.
