Professional Certifications. Contractor, Owner and Architect are entitled to rely upon the adequacy, accuracy and completeness of any professional certifications required of Subcontractor by the Contract Documents concerning the performance criteria of systems, equipment or materials, including all relevant calculations and any governing performance requirements.

The Town will cover the costs of obtaining or maintaining certifications, licensing and professional association membership(s) which are currently paid for as well as the costs of other certification, licensing and professional association membership(s) as may become applicable in the future, so long as such certifications/licensing/memberships remain applicable, are required for their position, and/or are authorized by the Town Manager.
Professional Certifications. (a) The Employer agrees to pay the necessary costs associated with obtaining, if the certification was not a condition of hiring, and maintaining all mandatory certifications, including the P.E. certification.
(b) Any member of the Engineer series that earns a P.E. Certification on or after June I, 2017 shall immediately receive a one-time 2.5% salary increase. This increase is in addition to any other applicable salary increases such as across-the-board or merit based increases. This certification must be maintained in order for the employee to retain the 2.5% salary increase. If the eligible employee's certification lapses, a corresponding salary reduction shall take place.
Professional Certifications. Each employee will maintain their required certifications for their position and comply with all statutory requirements for fulfilling their position.
Professional Certifications. 8 9.10.1 Within the terms of this Agreement, certification includes, and is limited to, 9 International Conference of Building Officials Certifications in Building Inspection, Code 10 Enforcement Officers, Landscape Architecture, Certified Floodplain Manager, Mechanical, 11 Plumbing, Combination Inspector, Fire and Plans Examiner, and State Certified Public Accountant.
12 9.10.2 During the term of this Agreement, additional certifications may be added by 13 mutual agreement of the parties to this Appendix.
14 9.10.3 All Employees who have one or more valid certifications as described in 15 Section.
16 9.10.4 above in a discipline directly applicable to their employment, shall be paid an 17 additional fifty ($50.00) dollars per month.
Professional Certifications. Distributor, as a condition of being authorized to sell ECLIPS products, will maintain at least one employee on its staff certified in the following: Microsoft - Microsoft Certified Professional on NT Server 4.0, must pass one of the three tests associated with this specialty. In the event that Microsoft discontinues MCP/NT certification a Distributor may substitute a Windows 2000 certification that includes the needed NT server training, as determined by Avaya. Acquiring the correct MCP certification is the obligation of the Distributor. The certification and testing process will be according to the requirements of Microsoft. The Distributor is responsible for all costs associated with professional certification. Avaya will require Distributor to furnish proof that the certification requirements have been successfully completed and that the certified individuals are employed by the Distributor. Failure to maintain employees with these certifications will result in the de-authorization of the Distributor to sell ECLIPS, if the situation is not corrected within 60 days. The Distributor must complete certification before they are authorized to sell ECLIPS. The terms of this Appendix shall commence on the date this Appendix is signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Appendix, the terms and conditions of Distributor Master Terms and conditions remain in effect.
