Program Management Review Clause Samples

A Program Management Review clause establishes a formal process for regularly evaluating the progress and performance of a project or program. Typically, this involves scheduled meetings between the parties to discuss milestones, deliverables, issues, and any necessary adjustments to the project plan. By providing a structured forum for oversight and communication, this clause helps ensure that the project stays on track, facilitates early identification of problems, and supports collaborative decision-making to address challenges as they arise.
