Programmes Clause Samples
The 'Programmes' clause defines the schedule or sequence of work to be carried out under a contract. It typically requires the contractor to prepare and submit a detailed timeline outlining key activities, milestones, and completion dates for approval by the client or project manager. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the project's timeline, facilitates progress monitoring, and helps manage expectations and responsibilities throughout the project's duration.
