PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS Clause Samples
The "Project Record Documents" clause defines the requirement for maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of all documents related to a construction project. This typically includes drawings, specifications, change orders, correspondence, and other relevant paperwork, which must be updated throughout the project and made available for review by stakeholders. By ensuring that all project documentation is properly organized and accessible, this clause helps maintain transparency, supports quality control, and provides a reliable reference in case of disputes or future maintenance needs.
