Project Requirement i. The whole work under the project shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the scope indicated in this Agreement, and as per the following:
i. All applicable Guidelines for Education Facility Development and its operations as per Law.
ii. Codes & Standards of Bureau of Indian standards
iii. ▇▇▇▇ Raipur ▇▇▇▇ Nagar Vikas Yojana 2031 including the Development Control Regulation therein or any other guidelines issued by NRANVP.
iv. Other relevant state and national guidelines for setting up Project. For any other provisions required for land development/ building activity, the "Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam 1984" and National Building Code shall be applicable.
Project Requirement. (AS PER SCHEDULE-A, PART-A OF RFP)
Project Requirement. The agreement must require compliance with project requirements in subpart F of this part, as applicable in accordance with the type of project assisted.

4) For any other provisions required for land development/ building activity, the "Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam 1984" and National Building Code shall be applicable.
Project Requirement. The Lessee shall construct and develop Sales Showroom, Service and Repair Centre for Two ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Automobile Industry along with allied Infrastructure as per the provisions in the ▇▇▇▇ Nagar Vikas Yojna 2031 including the Development Control Regulation therein and Urban Design Guideline for ▇▇▇▇ Nagar (Naya Raipur Urban Design Guideline). For any other provisions required for land development/ building activity, the "Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam 1984" and National Building Code shall be applicable.

The Lessee shall construct and develop Commercial Facility along with allied Infrastructure as per the provisions in the ▇▇▇▇ Raipur ▇▇▇▇ Nagar Vikas Yojana 2031 including the Development Control Regulation therein or any other guidelines issued by NRANVP formerly known as NRDA. For any other provisions required for land development/ building activity, the "Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam 1984" and National Building Code shall be applicable. The project requirement as per the tender are defined as below:
Project Requirement. The Civic Centre of the proposed development will include the project components as specified in Annexure-I of this Agreement. The land parcel of approx. 94,616.00 Sq.m. (approx.) at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Nagar is proposed to be made available for Civic Centre.

Project Requirement. This section 2 sets out the "Project Requirement" for the Project. The Recipient and the Project Partners must achieve the Project Requirement as a condition of the Recipient receiving Grant Funding in accordance with this Grant Agreement without in any way limiting any obligation to achieve the Milestones. The Project is described in the Application. The Recipient will ensure that the Project delivers the outputs and requirements as set out in the Application, subject to any variation agreed in accordance with clause 31, and in particular the Recipient will ensure that the Project delivers the following: [Insert key Project Requirements applicable to the Project (to be extracted from the Application)] Other benefits in the Application: Unless otherwise required by the Authority at any time, the Project will deliver the other benefits set out in the Application to the extent they are consistent with the remainder of the Grant Agreement.

The Recipient must ensure that collaboration activity is reflected in the Milestones and Deliverables set out in ANNEX 5 (Milestones, Deliverables and Grant Claim Schedule). Unless otherwise agreed by the Authority, collaboration activity should account for approximately 2-4 per cent of the Recipient's total anticipated expenditure of Grant Funding on the Project. Other benefits in the Application: Unless otherwise required by the Authority at any time, the Project will deliver the other benefits set out in the Application to the extent they are consistent with the remainder of the Grant Agreement.
