PROJECT SELECTION CRITERIA. The following criteria will guide the Vitalization Committee in analyzing projects: - Consistency with the vitalization framework; - The promoter's ability to carry out the project; - The quality of the financing plan; - The quality of the project implementation plan; - The quality of the governance structure; - The mobilization and commitment of the community; - The duration of the project (time limit, one-time and non-recurring) - The sustainability of the project.
PROJECT SELECTION CRITERIA. The project must be pertinent and realistic; - The entrepreneur must own at least 25% of the business shares; - The entrepreneur must prove that he has obtained all the necessary financing; - The project must not create direct competition with Pontiac businesses; - The entrepreneur must not have defaulted on paying government debts and must be free of any bankruptcy judgement; - If the entrepreneur has already received funding from the BSP, the first project must be completed according to program standards; - The project must demonstrate economic benefits and/or job creation; - The business support project must contribute to the sustainability and long-term viability of the company. The Investment Committee has the right to recommend an investment in a project, or render an expense eligible, if it judges that the project demonstrates that it will create an impact on: economic diversification, economic benefits for the region or job creation.
PROJECT SELECTION CRITERIA. A. 1.1 ELIGIBLE PROJECTS To be eligible for funding, a Project must: a) Be submitted by an Applicant who demonstrates that it will be able to operate and maintain the resulting Infrastructure over the long term; b) Fall within one of the applicable Project categories hereunder, be consistent with the objectives of the category and directly related to one of its subcategories and meet its mandatory screening criteria; c) Be ranked on how and to what extent it meets the category ranking criteria as outlined in the table shown section A.12; d) Be for the construction, renewal, expansion or material enhancement of a community public Infrastructure; e) Be supported by a business case that is comprehensive, credible and feasible and meets the requirements of the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Business Case Guideline; f) Stipulate a construction completion date of no later than March 31, 2010; g) Be duly authorized or endorsed by: i) a resolution of the Applicant’s council; or ii) in the case of a non-governmental Applicant, by its Board of Directors and also by a resolution of the Local Government council where the Infrastructure is proposed to be located; and h) Meet the requirements of all applicable federal and provincial legislation.
PROJECT SELECTION CRITERIA a. To meet the minimum State and Federal requirements the following criteria shall be considered when developing the Project Priorities list: i. The approved TPO Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) ii. The Strategic Intermodal System (SIS) Plan developed under subsection 339.64 F.S. iii. The results of the TPO’s Transportation Management Systems iv. The TPO’s Public Involvement Procedures b. The TPO may also consider the following when developing the Project Priorities List:: i. The results of the annual State of the System (SOS) Report, prepared annually to meet the requirements of the Congestion Management System adopted in 1997. ii. Hurricane and other emergency evacuation needs. iii. Crash history and public safety. iv. Regional connectivity. v. Current and future traffic volumes and level of service standards. vi. The historic standing of projects within the Priority List and prior funding commitments.

PROJECT SELECTION CRITERIA. As a general rule, the Alliance will adopt projects that benefit at least two or more of the member counties, although the Alliance will support projects that benefit only one county. The Alliance will also strive for proportional geographic representation of projects.

PROJECT SELECTION CRITERIA. This section describes the criteria used to select the current and planned projects on Exhibit 4.6- A. The projects listed in Exhibit 4.6-A are extracted from the Incumbent Service Provider's Remedy system and/or DIR direction based on previously defined work efforts. These projects require activity/effort on the part of the Successful Respondent. Projects that are specific to an SCP or SCPs, but do not require MSI involvement outside of steady state Cross-functional services were not included in this list. The projects listed in Exhibit 4.6-A are a point in time reference and may be modified by DIR based on needs of the Shared Services program prior to Commencement Date with notification to the Successful Respondent as appropriate.
