PROJECT SUPERVISION Sample Clauses

The PROJECT SUPERVISION clause defines the responsibilities and authority of the party overseeing the execution of a project. Typically, this clause outlines who will act as the supervisor, their role in monitoring progress, approving work, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. For example, it may specify that the project manager or an appointed representative will conduct regular site inspections and review contractor performance. The core function of this clause is to establish clear oversight mechanisms, ensuring that the project is completed according to agreed standards and reducing the risk of mismanagement or non-compliance.
