Property To Be Appraised. A description of the real property to be appraised, including an identification of any interests in the real property to be specifically excluded from appraisal, are set forth in the attached Attachment A. A separate appraisal is to be furnished for each "parcel". (The term "parcel" means any tract or continuous tracts of land in the same ownership, whether any such tract consists of one or more platted lots for a fractional part of a lot. A separate appraisal is to be furnished for each "parcel," which term, as used in this Agreement, means any tract or contiguous tracts of land in the same ownership, whether such tract or tracts consist of one or more platted lots or a fractional part thereof. An easement, separate ownership of mineral rights, or other separately held interest in two or more parcels shall be considered to be a separate parcel for appraisal purposes and an exception to the title to the parcels so encumbered. An easement in a parcel, if appurtenant to another parcel to be acquired by ANAHEIM, shall be considered to be part of such other parcel and an exception to the title of the parcel encumbered.   • Performance Appraisal The Executive’s performance may be evaluated by the Board of Directors or the Committee from time to time.
