Proportionate Leave on Termination. Where an employee has given one week or more continuous service, inclusive of any day off as prescribed by clause 21 - Hours of work (excluding overtime), and he/she either leaves his/her employment or his/her employment is terminated by the employer he/she shall be paid one-twelfth of an ordinary week’s wages in respect of each completed week of continuous service with his/her current employer for which leave has not been granted or paid for in accordance with this Agreement.
Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee on daily hiring who after five (5) ordinary working days continuous service in the first qualifying twelve (12) month period with the Company leaves the employment of the Company or is terminated by the Company; or After twelve (12) months continuous service with the Company leaves the employment of the Company or is terminated by the Company for any reason will be paid one-twelfth of an ordinary week’s wages in respect of each completed five (5) ordinary working days of continuous service and in which leave has not been granted under Clause 6.2.1, of this agreement.
