Props Sample Clauses

The "Props" clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use, provision, and management of property or equipment (often referred to as "props") necessary for a particular activity or production. This clause typically specifies which party is responsible for supplying props, maintaining their condition, and ensuring their timely return or replacement if lost or damaged. For example, in a film production contract, it may clarify whether the producer or the talent is responsible for providing specific items used on set. The core function of this clause is to prevent disputes by clearly allocating responsibility for props, thereby ensuring smooth operations and accountability during the project.

Again, any items used for display that are not for sale are brought at your own risk – cashiers will sell them with the pots. We are not set up to be able to remove and store these items at the sales tables.
