Quotations and Acceptance. The quotation is based solely on the bid documents, which consist of the project drawings, specifications and/or instructions of the Buyer only modified by written agreement or Seller objection. Significant deviations between the actual conditions and circumstances of the work and those specified in the bid documents shall be cause for an adjustment in work scope, price and time allowed for performance. Written quotations shall be valid for no more than thirty (30) days from the date of issue, unless specifically stated otherwise herein. Buyer may accept the quotation by signing and returning a copy to Seller or by returning ▇▇▇▇▇’s own written instrument or order expressly acknowledging the quotation and terms set forth herein, provided, however, Seller hereby gives notice of its objection to any different or additional terms or conditions contained or referenced in Buyer’s order, which will be of no force or effect except as may be expressly agreed to by Seller in writing. It is the intent of the parties that these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall govern the sale of goods delivered and services performed. Upon acceptance, this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties respecting the goods or services delineated herein and supersede all prior oral or written understandings or representations relating to such goods or services. This Agreement may not be discharged, extended, amended or modified in any way except by a written instrument signed by a duly authorized representative of each party. Seller assumes that the Subcontract Agreement offered will contain terms that are substantively similar to the AIA provisions that are in accordance with the provisions of the prime contract, including any supplements. Upon award, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ assumes that contract provisions will be reviewed and negotiated in good faith to reach a mutual acceptance of both parties.

Quotations and Acceptance. Offer by Seller to Buyer of Products and Services identified on Seller’s quotation and Acceptance by Seller of Buyer’s purchase order (“Order”) is expressly conditioned on Buyer’s assent to these terms and conditions as the only terms and conditions applying to the sale of products. Quotations and Acceptance. 3.1 A quotation by the Company does not constitute an offer. A quotation may be withdrawn at any time prior to receipt of an unconditional Order from the Purchaser and shall in any event be deemed to be withdrawn unless so accepted within twenty-one (21) days from the date on the quotation. Any quotation is given on the basis that no Contract shall come into existence until the Company dispatches a written acceptance of the Purchaser's Order in accordance with Condition 3.3. 3.2 All Orders or acceptance of a quotation for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Purchaser to buy the Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions (and the placing of such Order shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the Purchaser's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions) and shall be accepted at the Company's sole discretion. 3.3 The Company's acceptance of the Purchaser's Order (including telephone orders) shall be effective only where such acceptance is in writing andsigned by an authorised representative of the Company in the form of the Order Confirmation. 3.4 The Purchaser shall ensure that the terms of its Order and any applicable specification as set out in the Order Confirmation are complete and accurate.

Quotations and Acceptance. 1.1 Suwito's quotations are only open for acceptance within 14 days after their date. 1.2 Quotations will become binding on Suwito only upon receipt of an unconditional written acceptance in such form as Suwito may require. 1.3 Written acceptance of Suwito's quotation will constitute acceptance by the Customer of any design concept submitted by Suwito to the Customer on or before the date of Suwito's quotation. 1.4 All Goods and Services to be supplied by Suwito will be as described in the quotation given by Suwito and accepted by the Customer irrespective of any purported variation in the order accepting such quotation.

Quotations and Acceptance. All orders and contracts are subject to acceptance only at Seller’s home office. Stenographic, clerical, and typographical errors are subject to correction. Quotation pricing is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the quotation, but Seller retains the right to withdraw the quotation at any time before the thirty (30) days, providing that the withdrawal is made in writing to the Buyer. Delivery is subject to change based upon the order date. Changes to the original terms of the quotation may affect pricing and delivery, and will be re-quoted to the Buyer. If after acceptance of the quotation the Buyer places an order and the Seller determines that due to uncontrollable causes the quoted terms and/or prices cannot be met, Seller will contact Buyer, and will offer the Buyer the option of either canceling or re-quoting the order, with no penalty applicable to either the Seller or the Buyer.
