Rate Increase it is understood by the Riverside Board of Education and the Riverside Education Association that any increase in premium for the existing coverage shall be borne by the Riverside Board of Education.

Rate Increase. A. Regular and Ordinary Rate Increase. The Base Rate, Mileage Rate, Oxygen Rate, and Emergency Rate set forth in Exhibit C will routinely be increased on January 1st of each calendar year during the term of this Agreement to adjust for inflation. Not later than sixty (60) days prior to each adjustment date, the CONTRACTOR may request Contract Administrator to increase the rates. The rate increases shall be the greater of thefollowing percentages: 1. Three percent (3%) divided by the COUNTRACTOR'S average collection rate from the current year in San Benito County. 2. The percentage calculated from the following Consumer Price Index (CPI) factors divided by the COUNTRACTOR'S average collection rate from the current year. The Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics CPI as of the previous twelve (12) month period for which published figures are then available for San Francisco-Oakland-San ▇▇▇▇ shall be used to calculate the following percentages from CPI (which shall then be added together and divided by the average collection rate): a. 2.33% of the CPI -Transportation Index b. 81.33% of the CPI - Medical Care I n d e x

Rate Increase. The rental rates are subject to change at any time, but generally the City Council reviews all fees in December of each year. If the rental rate is increased between the date park location is reserved and the date of your event, the new rates shall apply.

Rate Increase. CONSULTANT shall have one opportunity per calendar year to request a labor classification rate increase. The request should be made to Utilities Purchasing at least 60 days prior to the desired effective date and include a justification. The annual increase, if approved by each of the GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES, shall be in the form of an amendment to this contract. Work begun under a specific labor classification rate shall be completed under that labor classification rate.

Rate Increase. If the term of one or more Orders entered into under this Agreement exceeds one year (including, without limitation, because such term of the relevant Order(s) is extended by one or more successive Change Order(s)), the applicable fee rate for each Hitachi Consulting resource that is engaged to perform the affected Order(s), on 1st April of each year, increase automatically by the greater of 5% and the percentage increase in the UK Retail Price Index (All Items) over the preceding twelve months, calculated from the 28th February each year.

Rate Increase. Written notice of any rate increase in health and dental insurance for dependents coverage shall be provided to each employee within ten (10) days of the date the increase is made known to the Board.

Rate Increase. If any increase in the rate of fire insurance or other insurance is due to any activity, equipment or other item of Tenant, then (whether or not Landlord has consented to such activity, equipment or other item) Tenant shall pay as additional rent due hereunder the amount of such increase. The statement of any applicable insurance company or insurance rating organization (or other organization exercising similar functions in connection with the prevention of fire or the correction of hazardous conditions) that an increase is due to any such activity, equipment or other item shall be conclusive evidence thereof.

Rate Increase. The rate for the academic years as listed in this contract may be increased by no more than five percent within the fiscal year for emergency purposes by directive authorized by the University’s Board of Trustees. All other rent increases will coincide with the academic calendar, be approved in the normal budget process, and go into effect on July 1.
