(c) Temporary assignments which are anticipated to be in excess of 13 weeks duration, shall be subject to the provisions outlined in Article 14. A successful employee shall be returned to their position upon completion of the assignment.
Rate of Pay on Temporary Assignment. In the event an employee is temporarily assigned to a lower-rated classification, she shall continue to receive her regular rate of pay. This provision does not apply when an employee is laid off and exercises her bumping rights.

  • Temporary Assignments When an employee is assigned temporarily by his/her appointing authority to a job for which he/she is qualified in a higher pay grade for a period of five (5) days or his/her regular workweek, whichever is less, the employee shall be paid retroactively from the initial date of the temporary transfer for the duration of the temporary assignment.   • Assignment, Etc The Holder may assign or transfer this Note to any transferee at its sole discretion. This Note shall be binding upon the Company and its successors and shall inure to the benefit of the Holder and its successors and permitted assigns.
