RATES AND CONDITIONS. Rates and Conditions quoted in our documentation are subject to change without notice. However (subject to changes in legislation or errors) we will not alter rates or conditions applicable to your rental once your booking has been confirmed by Mighty. Any booking amendments will result in the rate booked being re-calculated at the rate applicable on the day of amendment. Please note all prices are quoted and payable in Australian dollars.

RATES AND CONDITIONS. All arranging, orchestrating of music, whether instrumental or vocal, done within the territorial jurisdiction of the CFM at the request of the NFB, its employees or agents shall be done by members and shall be paid for at not less than the applicable fees set out in the following schedule, for the first use only by the NFB of any such arrangements.

RATES AND CONDITIONS. The following special rate for recording musicians for industrial films for non- theatrical, non-television exhibition and distribution, has been established: 12/01/05 Minimum two (2) hours service per side musician $195.39 Overtime, per 15 minutes or fraction thereof, per musician $ 24.42 One musician playing alone, double Overtime must immediately follow a regular session. All hours not continuous will be charged as additional sessions. A musician may be required to remain up to one (1) hour beyond the minimum two (2) hour call. The first one-half (1/2) hour of such “hold” period shall be paid at the basic hourly rate in fifteen (15) minute increments. The last one-half (1/2) hour of such “hold” period and any subsequent time until dismissed shall be paid at the applicable premium rate.

RATES AND CONDITIONS. The Contractor will ensure that their employees are paid not less than the appropriate Award/Agreement rate applicable to the respective classifications and/or other agreements reached between the unions and Contractors for that Contract.

RATES AND CONDITIONS. 4.1 Agent will provide Sub-Agent with availability and Nett Rates for the Product via Agent’s XML Interface or such other means as may be agreed from time to time. 4.2 Nett Rates will be confirmed at the time of booking. Confirmed Nett Rates will override any previously quoted rates. 4.3 The Nett Rate provided by Agent includes all Indirect Taxes, except any tourist/stay tax, which will be payable by the final consumer at the airport/hotel; therefore, the final price paid by the Customer (Total Transaction Value) shall include all indirect taxes . Sub-Agent shall pay Agent the Nett Rate shown through the XML Interface for the service in question in accordance with the terms set out in Schedule I. 4.4 Agent agrees that Sub-Agent may determine the final Total Transaction Value of the Product and may retain or absorb the difference between the final Total Transaction Value and the Nett Rate (with the retained amount being the Commission of the Sub Agent in acting for the Customer) made available by Agent through the XML Interface. 4.5 The Nett Rates offered to Sub-Agent are confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party except as expressly authorised under this Agreement. 4.6 Agent will allow Sub-Agent to sell under the terms of this Agreement the Products made available on the XML Interface to any third party worldwide. 4.7 As stated in Clause 4.5, Nett Rates quoted on the XML Interface are nett prices including all indirect taxes, except tourist/stay taxes. Any increase in tax will be added to the prices offered in this Agreement. The price quote for each of the travel services are as follows: • Hotels and other accommodation establishments (including Groups): Nett Rates are quoted per person per night or per unit per night. • Transfers and excursions: Nett Rates are quoted per person per service. • Tickets: Nett Rates are quoted per show or event. 4.8 Sub-Agent shall invoice according to the Total Transaction Value at the time of online confirmation of reservation. The Parties agree that, unless otherwise agreed, Sub Agent will be the only party that issues an invoice to the Customer for the Total Transaction Value.
