RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION Sample Clauses
The "Reconnection After Disconnection" clause outlines the procedures and conditions under which a service that has been disconnected—typically due to non-payment or breach of contract—can be restored. This clause usually specifies the requirements the customer must fulfill, such as settling outstanding balances, paying reconnection fees, or remedying the cause of disconnection. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and fair process for reinstating services, ensuring both parties understand the steps needed to resume normal operations and reducing disputes related to service restoration.
