The 'Recording Medium' clause defines the specific formats or materials on which information, data, or content must be stored, delivered, or maintained under an agreement. RECORDING MEDIUM. Instruments shall be recorded on paper that is uniformly white, opaque and smooth in finish. The size of the paper shall be no less than 8 1/2 x 11 or larger than 8 1/2 x 14 inches. Negative (white on black background) and carbon copies are not acceptable.
RECORDING MEDIUM. All transcripts shall be typewritten or mechanical reproduced if approved in writing by the Authorized User.

  • Recordings The Client and the Service Provider consent to telephonic or electronic recordings for security and quality of service purposes and agree that either may produce telephonic or electronic recordings or computer records as evidence in any proceedings brought in connection with this Agreement.
