Recording of weather. The Contractor shall erect an effective rainfall gauge on the site and record the daily rainfall figures in a book. Such book shall be handed to the employer’s representative for his signature no later than 12 days after rain that is considered to justify an extension of time occurs.

The Contractor shall be represented at the site meetings and the progress review meetings by an authorized representative with full power of attorney to receive instructions and to make decisions on behalf of the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide the Engineer with a written copy of the representative’s power of attorney if requested to do so. 5.4 FORMS FOR CONTRACT ADMINSITRATION Forms to be provided in electronic format. 5.5 ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS All payments by the Employer in terms of the Contract will be by electronic funds transfer to the account designated in writing by the Contractor. 5.6

  • Recording of Overtime Employees shall record starting and finishing times for overtime worked in a form determined by the Employer.
