Records Research. County will provide title reports with supporting documentation (some title reports may cover more than one parcel). A-E shall be responsible for researching and obtaining copies of any additional records necessary for surveying, resurveying, mapping, and preparing legal descriptions and title investigations. One copy of each record obtained shall be provided to County.
Records Research i. All public or private records acquired to determine the City’s ROW in the project area delivered in digital or hardcopy format with any markups and City Records as acquired. • City records may include but are not limited to GIS scope plots, sewer and water sheets, loose leaf survey notes, Tie Point sheets, dedication or vacation drawings, easement drawings, benchmark list, and etc. • After initial search of City records by the Surveyor, they may request City assistance to search for hard to find records.
Records Research. The LAND SURVEYOR will obtain information from the Polk County Property Appraiser’s Office, Polk County Clerk of Courts, FDOT, and Bureau of Land Management to acquire record evidence of parcel ownership, existing right-of-way limits for Avenue K NE and intersecting roadways, certified corner records and horizontal and vertical control and shown on a plan sheet file and in CADD.
Records Research. It is recognized that for the performance of an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey, the surveyor will be provided with appropriate data which can be relied upon in the preparation of the survey. The request for an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey shall set forth the current record description of the property to be surveyed or, in the case of an original survey, the current record description of the parent parcel that contains the property to be surveyed. Complete copies of the most recent title commitment, the current record description of the property to be surveyed (or, in the case of an original survey, the parent parcel), the current record descriptions of adjoiners, any record easements benefiting the property, the record easements or servitudes and covenants burdening the property (all hereinafter referred to collectively as "Record Documents"), documents of record referred to in the Record Documents, documents necessary to ascertain, if possible, the junior/senior relationship pursuant to Section 6.B.vii. below, and any other documents containing desired appropriate information affecting the property being surveyed, and to which the ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey shall make reference, shall be provided to the surveyor for use in conducting the survey. Reference is made to Section 3.B. above.
Records Research. Right-of-way, plats, short plats, surveys, and ownership records will be researched at the Walla Walla County Courthouse and Surveyor's office.
Records Research i. If requested, all public or private records acquired to assist with right-of-way monument collection.
Records Research. The Consultant shall be responsible for all research of:
a. Title records and abstracts (may include deeds of record, title certification, etc.).
b. Evidence from recorded surveys.
c. Deeds and plats for affected properties.
Records Research. Research all information pertinent to the project including, but not limited to existing field condition, as-built plans and record drawings, right-of- way data and all future improvement plans adjacent to or affecting the project site. Records Research. It is assumed that no records research will be required. The existing recorded maintenance right of way map and the PROJECT’s PER will be relied upon for the preparation of the topographic survey and parcel description/sketches.
