Recreation Division. Casual‌ Schedule "C" casual employees shall work a maximum of eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week without incurring overtime. Casual employees may work seven (7) consecutive days provided they do not exceed the weekly maximum. Casual employees may have shifts cancelled due to inclement weather and there will be no minimum payment for those cancelled shifts. It is agreed that casual employees are required to provide their supervisor with details regarding their availability to work, and it is the employee’s responsibility to notify their supervisor of any changes to that availability.

Recreation Division. Employees who perform the duties of Utilityman more than of the employable time, shall be paid the Utilityman rate of pay on a regular basis all year round. Non-standard work day. Recreation Department employees as listed in Schedule and certain inside employees of the Recreation Department shall work a non-standard work day and/or week as follows: when the General Manager required daily hours of work other than the standard work day set out in Article IX, Section the regular hours of work for permanent and temporary employees in such operations shall be any or 8 hours of work exclusive of or 1 hour lunch period. Where the General Manager requires a 6 or 7 day operation per week, the normal work week for permanent and temporary employees in such operations may be any five consecutive days with two consecutive days of rest. It is agreed that the City will schedule “off season” work in Parks and Recreation as much is practical between Monday and Friday where service to the public is not impaired.

Recreation Division. The General Manager of Parks, Recreation and Culture, after consulting with the permanent employees involved, shall determine the schedule of hours to be worked that meets operational requirements and the provision of service to the public, and shall be an averaged forty (40) regular hour work week in a three (3) week cycle, when ice is in, and forty (40) regular hour work week when ice is out. When ice is out, the schedule shall be Monday to Friday. The schedule includes a one half hour (1/2) daily lunch break (Monday to Friday day shift only).

  • Recreation Recreation rooms shall be supplied. Smokes and soft drinks shall be available. Outside walls of the above to be completely closed-in cold weather. Sidewalk to be provided between the living quarters, from living quarters to dining rooms and recreation rooms. The above to be Standards for Stationary or Permanent type camps. In the initial construction of the above, the camp construction workers in areas where there are no hotel accommodations, shall construct such housing as is necessary for them (this is not a tent). When bunkhouses are built to the degree that they can be occupied, the camp construction workers shall move into such quarters and their original buildings shall be disposed of or not used for lodging from time to time.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians, Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Hospice Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits will apply.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
