Common use of Regular Work Period Clause in Contracts

Regular Work Period. A regular work period for those employees on the 9/80 schedule shall be forty (40) hours to be worked within a seven (7) day period beginning at 12:01 p.m. Friday and ending at 12 noon the following Friday. However, this seven (7) day work period may be changed by the City Manager to any other consecutive seven (7) day period beginning and ending at any day and any time to accommodate alternative work schedules.
